Any loss, damage, or breakage to the property, furnishings, appliances, or facilities caused by the guest during the stay shall be the responsibility of the guest. Charges will be applied in accordance with the stated replacement or repair costs.

*Management reserves the right to deduct the applicable charges from the security deposit or request payment accordingly.

SWIMMING POOLS RULES

1. Wearing complete clothes:
Men: Appropriate swimming trunks
Women: Appropriate swimwear
2. Bring a dressing gown and change clothes before using the elevator.
3. It is FORBIDDEN to play and run around the pool.
4. It is FORBIDDEN to spit and throw snot in the swimming pool.
5. It is FORBIDDEN to spit and throw snot in the swimming pool.
6. It is FORBIDDEN to bring food and drinks in and around the swimming pool.
7. SMOKING/ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES ARE FORBIDDEN around the swimming pool area.
8. Must obey the instructions of the security guard.
9. When it rains the swimming pool will be temporarily closed.
10. The management reserves the right to prevent anyone from using swimming pool at any time in case of violation of the rules.
11. The management is not responsible for any injuries or loss of property when using the swimming pool.

GYMNASIUM RULES

1. Use facilities and equipment at your own risk
2. Use equipment properly and follow instructions carefully.
3. Do not lean on the equipment. Keep your hand away from any moving parts.
4. No food or drinks (except water) and no smoking.
5. Children below 12 are NOT ALLOWED to use gymnasium.
6. Children 12-16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
7. Proper fitness attire is required. No boots. street shoes, sandals and bare feet.
8. Report any damaged equipment to management immediately. DO NOT USE.
9. Always be courteous and respectful of others.
10. Please return all equipment to its place after use.
